When submitting an article via e-mail, please use Microsoft Word format and provide an abstract of the article in the email message in addition to your name and contact information.
Submission Review
The Editorial Board of BETR will select articles that discuss current, innovative topics and relevant legal questions. The Editorial Board will review all submissions and get back to authors in a timely manner.
All articles and student works published in BETR are submitted to Westlaw and Lexis online databases.
